When Windows 11 complains about your system not being compliant:
- press shift+F10
- regedit
- Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup
- new key: LabConfig
- new dword value: BypassTPMCheck = 1
- new dword vlaue: BypassSecureBootCheck = 1
Go back and resume the installation again.
